Robert's passion for distinctive design developed over his 25 year career in all facets of event production and is evident in every aspect of his life. This passion and an overwhelming market demand led to the vision of a top notch Destination Management Company in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Vision became reality when he and long time friend and colleague, Jeff Davis, established Outstanding Productions in 1997.

Robert attended the University of Texas at Arlington before beginning his career in Dallas with Show Co, one of the leading light and sound production companies in the nation at that time. He perfected his design skills, primarily in lighting for top name musical acts including The Who, Chaka Khan and Bee Gee's. He also worked on several high-profile corporate events including Mary Kay Cosmetics and Exxon. In 1981, he became a freelance designer, designing and producing special events and productions, including several fashion shows for Neiman Marcus. In 1992, Robert joined Kaleidescope in Dallas, which later became PGI. He spent five years as their Director of Design and perfected his skills as a Special Event Designer and Producer. He handled clients such as Verizon, Sprint, Xerox and Compaq. In 1997, he and Jeff Davis began Outstanding Productions. In 2005, Robert began Fauxcades, a full set design and décor production company that is growing leaps and bounds. Back to Team Page |
